Since I started using the salt room, my symptoms are under control, and my health has improved. I no longer have irritable lungs and catch colds less often. I’ve also gotten rid of my nasal polyps, which previously required long-term treatment with nasal spray.
For the past six months, I’ve also been inhaling magnesium to combat tinnitus, which I’ve suffered from for 40 years. I don’t expect it to disappear within a year, but there’s been significant improvement. The loudest noises are gone. There’s still some ringing in my ear, but it bothers me less and has faded into the background. Additionally, I’ve noticed an increase in muscle strength and better overall fitness thanks to the magnesium.
