Hydrogen Inhalation

Hydrogen inhalation is our latest inhalation therapy. This therapy is a great addition to the other inhalation therapies we already offer. While it is not yet well-known in the Netherlands, it is widely used and researched in countries like the United States and Japan.

What is Hydrogen?

Hydrogen gas is an element with the symbol H2. Currently, there is a lot of experimentation with hydrogen gas as a fuel for vehicles. The use of hydrogen gas for health purposes is a significant development that has been extensively researched over the past 10 years. These studies have shown that inhaling hydrogen gas has a healing effect on a wide range of conditions and ailments. We have been gaining experience with it ourselves for some time, and we are pleased with what we see!

* A great example is a customer who suffers from continuously inflamed eyes. After the first session, the inflammation reduced by 60%. An added benefit was that she noticed she could see better, and her head felt very clear and fit.

* Another example is a customer who suffers from a foggy head, low energy, and many inflammation-related issues. This woman initially experienced headaches, but after about four sessions, her head felt lighter and more spacious. She became clearer in her head and gained more energy. Hydrogen gas is the smallest molecule that exists. The advantage of such a small molecule is that it can penetrate deep through the membrane of a cell. It is very easily and well absorbed and can, therefore, do its job effectively.

Research into this new inhalation therapy has produced incredibly positive results.

How Does It Work?

You inhale the hydrogen gas through a nasal cannula or mask. Unlike magnesium inhalation, this therapy feels very mild. A hydrogen inhalation session lasts 30 minutes, and as with other therapies, the more frequent the sessions, the better the results. This therapy can also be easily combined with other treatments, such as a salt room session, oxygen therapy, or magnesium inhalation.
