MAGNESIUM INHALATION AND OSTEOPOROSIS

Osteoporosis is a condition where so much bone mass is lost that normal functioning is impaired. Sex hormones play a crucial role in maintaining a normal rate of bone deposition. By the age of 45, an estimated 29% of women and 18% of men have osteoporosis. In women, this process accelerates after menopause due to a decrease in circulating estrogen. Because bones in osteoporosis are more fragile, they break easily and do not heal well.

Treatment

Exercise stimulates the cells responsible for bone formation and therefore has a bone-strengthening effect.
Calcium causes contraction of muscle cells, while magnesium promotes relaxation. If there is an imbalance between these two minerals, an excess of calcium can lead to overcontraction of muscle cells. Osteoporosis can even result from an excess of calcium.
A good ratio of calcium to magnesium is 1:3.
The ratio of calcium to magnesium in many people currently is 4:1.

This latter number shows that the ratios are not correct in many people, with all the consequences that follow…

Magnesium restores!

RECOMMENDED SESSIONS
Magnesium inhalation 1 time per week for 2 – 3 months
It is recommended to also use magnesium at home via transdermal absorption (absorption through the skin)
