Zechstein Air magnesium oil is excellently absorbed into the body through the skin and is suitable for restoring and maintaining your magnesium balance.
The oil can also be used for painful, tired, tense and cramped muscles.

Use 10 to 20 sprays daily and apply the oil preferably to the places where it is well absorbed into the body: on the abdomen, under the armpits and under the feet. Also apply directly to sore muscles.
After application, leave on for at least 10 minutes and then rinse if desired.
The oil is best absorbed on warm skin.
Avoid contact with eyes or open wounds.
Store at room temperature.
