During this evening, while letting the salt work on you, you can relax, become calm, clear your mind, and truly connect with your feelings.

With attention to breathing, the body, and guided visualizations, you are invited to experience the silence within yourself and listen to what it has to tell you.

The deeper breathing and relaxation that occur during meditation can enhance the benefits of the salt for you.
